ChurCh refurbishment Work

The long-awaited refurbishment work in the church has ben completed:

1. The 'Guild room', renamed to the 'Harris room' has external access door.
2. A lift capable of lifting motorised wheel chairs has been added opposite the Harris room entrance.
3. The steps from the back alley opposite the hall kitchen have been removed.
4. The church hall has extra enclosed storage at the back.
5. A mezzanine hall storage room above the ground floor back storage rooms has been added.
6. The Link 'cross entrance' door has been replaced by an push-button automatic opening door.
7. The main church:

•  The main church kitchen has been replaced with an industrial kitchen.
• The worship area it has been fully opened up at the back removing the vestibule glass screen.
• The gallery has been partially levelled off and a new meeting room has been built in the gallery.
• The old kitchen has been changed in to a small office.
• An extra set of steps outside the main church entrance has been added.
